Combi boilers, standard boilers (low and high efficiency models), open flue/room sealed gas fires and gas stoves. Flueless fires and stoves. Cookers and hobs, multi point water heaters, all Johnson & Starley warm air units new and old, wall heaters and back boiler/fires.

Landlord inspections and certification


(Unfortunately I am unable to carry out repairs on the electric ovens or electric hotplate elements of duel fuel cookers/range cookers)

**LPG qualifications cover permanently sited caravans, park homes and brick built properties, domestic heating and cooking appliances only, NOT commercial catering kitchens, mobile outdoor hot food units, touring caravans or motor homes.

Alpha E-Tec Hybrid

 

A packaged heat pump solution.

Combining an external air source heat pump and a highly efficient internal 33kw Alpha gas combi boiler. Space heating and hot water on demand.

With the new Alpha custom hybrid system larger air source heat pumps can be added to the system.


Note: Currently hybrid systems do not benefit from any government grants as there is a gas boiler fitted in conjunction with the air source heat pump.


System Power Flush

Removes the magnetic and non magnetic particles from the central heating system.

Reducing the risk of boiler breakdowns and system issues, system filters of different types are available also to provide long term protection from the problems iron oxide (sludge) causes with combi boilers.

As systems are all different and depending on current issues, quotations are available on request.

Landlord Inspections and CP12 certificates

To satisfy your obligations under the gas safety (Installation and Use) regulations
 An annual gas safety inspection is required every 12 months and a certificate issued for all gas appliances in every property you own if you receive rental payments from a tenant or family member.

Pay as you go boiler repairs, appliance safety check & certificate or full service & certificate available.
